I disagree with all previous answers, Gaucho. Check out the Mill Creek 16.6. Although it is billed as a two person paddling boat, with a little extra work, you could attach a trolling motor to the boat. The Mill Creek 16 also has a sail rig and can serve as a single person rowning shell. The next question I would ask is, what type of conditions are you going to paddle/row/sail/motor in? Most boat designs that can do a lot of things, don't do everything well. Every boat design is a comprimise of some sort. Decide what kind of activity is important and what it is you like to do. Nuff said.
