As I understand it, the outgassing occurs primarily if the temperature rises after you apply the epoxy. During the winter we would heat up to 70 and then allow the temp. to slowly cool, and did not seem to have problems. The suggestion to epoxy just before sunset sounds good, because the temp. should be falling during the critical period.
