I don't know anything about how the Yare panels are lofted, but I stretched a Cormorant to approximately 17'2.5" by simply multipling the spacing by 6%. I didn't adjust the shear or keel dimensions. To loft the stock Cormorant panels, you take a measurement every foot. To lengthen the kayak, I moved the first mark to 12.72" (12"x1.06). The second mark would be 24x1.06=25.44, etc.
