Wash? before fill coat

Sorry about the last one. Return hits faster than the tab. I sanded with 80 ROS and now need to fill coat with epoxy. How should I clean the kayak before putting on the epoxy? Water/soap, lacquer thinner etc. I've searched many posts and only see "sand then fill coat". Thank you!
