Racks N Cradles!

Just one more nice thing about those lovely Mill Creeks is that their flat bottoms make cartopping a breeze! But now that I'm totin' those vee-bottomed Cormorants around, well, I had to dream up some sort of cradle arrangement to go on my racks. Homemade, of course.

I created an articulating-pad cradle so I will never have to modify them should I come up with some new boat. And a side benefit is that they carry the boats upside down for those longer trips where rain may be encountered.

Loading is easier than ever because they articulate, and strapping is simpler because the boats are raised off the racks. More pics on the ol' website, of course.

Don't you just love a story with a happy ending...? (sniff)
