Yes, I get the 3M pads in the paint section of HD. They're graded the same way steel wool is. They're gray, rather than green.

I also like their thin sanding pads, which can be cut into small pieces for hard to sand areas.

3M also has a really good website for all their stuff and they've been very helpful over the years.
