Joe: one more thing to add to the above. The more camber there is, of course the more force there is to separate the ribs from the hatch. I found it helped to get the exact curve by cutting through the first ply of the hatch okoume, cutting parallel lines on the underside with a pull saw - the entire length of the hatch, about 1" apart (before applying the rib of course!). Then there is much less springback and force trying to separate the pieces. gwalter
