stitching wire
Posted by Bill Whitcomb on May 3, 2004
Joe, Try epoxying lengthwise (straight or fairly straight) stiffeners to the hatch cover to match the deck (lengthwise) then pull the stiffeners together with stitching wires until you get the desired camber and then glue the curved widthwise stiffners to match the camber. Some fiberglass on the inside of the stiffners should add plenty of strength. It works for me. Bill
