Thanks for all the help.It was built from plans. I used good ladderlock buckles and closed cell foam. My front hatch without the foam would have about a 1/16 inch slop on one corner and the rear (larger hatch) fits perfect. Just pouring the water on the webbing without adding tension loosened them off. I will try different buckles and see if that helps. Thanks Jon
