Piantedosi Row Wing

Arguably the best sliding seat unit in the sport, the Piantedosi's monorail design is simple, elegant, and stiff, with an exceptionally smooth feel. Multiplies the horsepower of a human being by bringing to bear nearly every muscle in your body.  Sliding seat boats offer absolutely terrific low-impact cardio workouts.

Required equipment for the Oxford Shell and Annapolis Wherry;  these boats were designed around the Piantedosi rig.  Also fits the Mill Creek 16.5 and Chester Yawl, or any rowing craft at least 15 feet long with a clear space for installation.  (Boats shorter than 15 feet long are going to have a hobby-horsing problem as the rower slides forward and back on the seat.)
