Feathercraft Single Rudder Kit (K1)

Pretty much the standard to beat for kayak "surf rudders," and exceptionally easy to retrofit to a wooden kayak.  We installed our first Feathercraft rudder on a CLC kayak in about 1991 and have sold thousands of them subsequently.  Low-resistance tracking help when deployed by remote control from the cockpit, yet the sliding footbraces are rigid when the rudder is stowed.  Milled aluminum components of the very highest quality. Kit includes blade, adjustable footbraces, cables, lift line, hardware, and V-block for securing stowed blade. Can be retrofitted; please specify boat model during check out.
