Build times for S&G Night Heron?

Hello,

 I've been looking around and finding people building the Chesepeake's in a winter of weekends and occasional evenings. I've also heard roughly 100-180 hour build times. I know the S&G night heron has a higher "requires patience" indicator, but does anyone know what this translates into, very roughly for the amatuer builder? an additional 20%? twice as long?
