how much wood could a wood duck...

So, I noticed the post of a possible shortage of ply and since my wood duck plans are in transit thought it might be prudent to source the wood sooner than later... so, how much 4mm do I need?

Sorry, that was the hybrid list.

3 sheets of 4mm or 2 sheets of 4mm and one sheet 3mm for the deck.
