Thanks, St. Pete's! Next, Atlanta.
A demo at the Atlanta Rowing Club is up next. Wood Duck in the weeds at Gandy Beach. The crowd presses around a nicely-built sloop-rigged Skerry. Naturally the Dory got a lot of use.
Saturday gave us great weather and a huge turnout for the demo on "Beer Can Beach." (Yeah, I know, I know, but it's convenient, there's plenty of parking, and we don't need a permit.)
I was solo on that one and a lot of folks pitched in to help unload (and load) boats. You know who you are, and thank you so much!
Everything got a lot of use, including the Northeaster Dory. Folks showed up with a beautiful sloop-rigged Skerry, and were kind enough to give rides.
Thanks to Milton T. for sending along some photos of the day.
