Great Auk close hull

I am down to a little more then 2 strips on either side of the keel strips to close up the hull. I have Nick Schades book on how to do this but I'm a little confused and need help with an explaination as to the best way to do this. Any help would be appreciated. I am showing the coves on the keel side AND the sheer side. Thanks in advance
