Greetings! I was wondering if anyone has considered mounting a recessed compass such as the Brunton 70P centered in the footbrace of the Chester Yawl? In my mind this seems perfect but many of you will have more experience with rowers and the Chester Yawl specifically. Would it be comfortable with your feet on either side of it? Would it stand up to use there? Would it be as useful as I invision it? Thanks!
