Full-sized plans are available for the Kaholo Paddleboards, of course: http://www.clcboats.com/shop/boats/surf_boats/kaholo-stand-up-paddleboard.html
There's just never been enough demand to create a set of plans for the San O' boards. We get 4-5 requests per year. We do have a "basic" set of plans for the San O' boards, intended for knowledgeable builders; email [email protected] for info.
It can take a hundred hours to generate a really high-quality set of plans. You'd think we'd draw the plans FIRST, but the "designs" are incomprehensible CAD data until one of us sits down and lays out a legible set of paper drawings. While this is done in CAD, too, there's absolutely nothing automated about the process!
