I am considering building the Sassafras 12 canoe, as I'm looking for something light and easy to move.

I weigh about 225 lbs. I would like to hear from someone of similar weight what their experience with this boat has been. Specifically, how does it sit in the water (freeboard), what is initial stability like (is it wiggly), and how well does it track?
