Just received my Dory kit and sail kits, so I had those very large pieces of thick cardboard that the wood parts came packed in.   I was sitting on one of the pieces of cardboard unpacking the other big box of wood parts and noticed how much warmer it was sitting on the cardboard instead of the concrete garage floor

Instead of recycling the cardboad, I placed all the large pieces of cardboard on the floor around my build table to help keep things a little warmer.   .
