My first kayak shipped yesterday from Baltimore and expected delivery is next Wed/Thur. Looking forward to enjoying a great build and many hours on the water. (Chesapeake 18).
I can tell, reading the Forum, a lot of hard-earned-experience is represented within the Forum.

Yes. Got the package unpacked and the sides and bottom laid out on the bench. Needing to ensure MAS pumps are calibrated...one of them only partially opens.
Looking forward to this new experience.

That's the way the pumps are supposed to be. The Resin will deliver a full shot while the Hardener will deliver half. That gets you the two to one resin/hardener ratio you need. There is no calibration of the pumps necessary. The pumps should be color coded as well, blue for resin, red for hardener.
