I'd like to set up a single set of thole pins or oarlocks on John's Sharpie.

Note: The reason is that the Boatwife has thoughtfully organized two weeks at the Jersey Shore this summer and I'd like to get the boat wet then and there.  The sharpie project has sat idle in the garage for years now and I need to set an easy intermediate goal to re-start it.

Please let me know of any plans or suggestions you have?
