Shearwater 17, Plywood thickness.
Hi Group. Could someone please tell me the thickness of the marine plywood required for the hull and deck of the Shearwater 17. I work in Cambodia and the full kit freight to here is quite expensive and am looking at buying the marine plywood locally, if it's available. My guess is that it's 3 or 4 mm. I realise that this info will be in the Construction Manual and Plans, but am keen to see if the plywood is available here before getting them. Thanks everyone.

Have a look at the materials list for plan builders http://www.clcboats.com/shop/kit_options/shearwater-17-touring-sea-kayak-kit/414.html?category_qn=kayak-kits&subcat_qn=&code=shearwater-17-touring-sea-kayak-kit
