After several months of very enjoyable and rewarding work, my son and I launched our Mill Creek 16.5 fishing kayak.  Began this project back in the fall, and had to take some months off when it got too cold to work in the garage (plus my wife needed to get her car in there for the winter)...Needless to say we had a very enjoyable time on the Wicomico River out of Pemberton Park.  We caught a few small crappie and one large catfish!  Had a better time with all the spring bird activity, many nesting Great Blue Herons, which spend most of their time in my pond trying to eat my Koi....wish they would stay in the river!  We are planning several more trips.  Enjoy the pics.
