flex in kaholo deck

there seems to be alot of flex on the keel for about 10 inched in front of the puzzle joint is this normal? or should i install a hatch where i can get in and add fiberglass tape and increase the fillet

That's normal. You're never going to step there (and it's strong enough to handle that even if you do).
