Oxford Shell nearly complete - $650

After nearly completing this last year before my son was born, my time and space have suddenly evaporated.  The boat is built and sanded.  The bottom has 2 coats of Pre-Kote primer and one coat of Dark Blue Brightsid polyurethane paint.  The top is unfinished, although the cockpit has two kotes of Pre-Kote applied, but not sanded.

I have all the hardware for the rigging and a set of concept 2 oars that I can sell, but that is not included in the price.  I am currently located in Washington DC, but can arrange to meet you some place.
