Funny that that particular "obscure" 80s sci-fi quote comes up in my life nearly once per week.

I can't say I'm overly fond of the idea of a "new and improved" login required forum because it will make it less likely for the on-the-fence types to pop in and ask questions about whether or not to build, but I doubt it will deter that many of them. I like the other forums I'm on though, that do require login so I'll reserve any judgement until a later date.

I was wondering why the forum was borked yesterday though, so at least I have an immediate answer to that.
