Re: Shearwater deck glass

I am getting ready to do the same and have already noticed that both the hull and deck will need to flex in order for the parts to fit later.

By the deck hatches, the hull is too narrow by 1/2 inch and by the cockpit the deck will have to flex the same amount.

Has anyone had any major issues with this?
