Maybe. It depends how deep and wide the valleys are. Filled epoxy will be somewhat visible if you are finishing it bright, so it might be best not to fill unless you really have to. At a pinch you can correct it later by brushing unthickened epoxy into the valley if it's still there at the sanding stage. I have removed a sanding oops that way. I caught the edge of the ROS when it was running at high speed. Two coats, an hour apart did the trick.
