Tinting Varnish

A few years ago when I built my CH17 I dyed the deck and combing with a deep blue water based anyline die. I was very pleased with the result, but over the years the deck and hatch covers have faded to a greenish blue in some areas. I toyed with the idea of painting the deck, but after all the extra work I hate to cover up the dyed surfaces. I'd like to try and tint varnish to restore the original color. Is there anyone out there can give me some pointers? Any help will be much appreciated.
