I can't be more precise, but the bottom line is that how long you can row depends on how hard you row. Assuming your body is used to an 'isotonic' activity like rowing, paddling, walking, etc, and you pace yourself, you can keep it up for 8-10 hours, day-in-and-out. It's mostly in your head, really. On the other hand, if you meet a headwind or wrong-tide, you'll be knackered in one hour...
From experience (weeks of snow-shoeing at altitude, and extended desert hikes), I'd recommend you factor in inclement weather (and therefore entirely 'lost' days), one day in two.
