I bought West Systems 405 but went back to the blend that CLC sells after seeing the color differences. As I recall the WS was lighter in color then the CLC blend. Just don't use both next to each other. I may have used some WS inside one compartment but I can't remember. Darker color blend I would think would provide more strength but increased weight. Both look to be some blend of pine.
