I'm doing leeboards for my Sass 16 and, while it saves cutting a hole in the hull, it still needs a midships thwart to hold it all steady, so tehre will still be obstacles to installing the jaccuzzi and running track.

That said, the casino and mini-mall are exceeding profit forecasts! .
