Chris J's M C 16.5

I couldn't help myself...I had to dig up your slide show of your M.C. 16.5. I have a few questions as I'm still thinking between a Sassafras 16 or a M.C. 16.5. How is it to portage solo, how is it to paddle solo? And out of curiosity what were you paddling before the M.C. that you could not keep up with the kids? Be one pretty boat, your M.C. You must have a hard time getting off the shore for spectaters!
