OkoumeFest: May 9-10-11

Looks like May 9th, 10th, and 11th in 2008. A small chance that might change; we'd prefer a later date if we can wrangle it. But the Spring is a very crowded time for on-water activities here in the greater Annapolis metroplex so we takes what we can gets.
