what will bond to plastic

I have a plastic hull kayak that was in a fire.Itwas a tandem the front was seriosly damaged.I wanted to cut it down to about an11'solo recreational boat.Was thinking ide cut the front off,template the hole and seal off with 3/4 plywood then attach the bow to that.Any suggestions how and what to make the bow of?what products will bond to the plastic ? I know I should just throw it out but im to stubborn to do that. any suggestions will be greatly appreiciated. thank you
