Eric, Nice job so far. Are you planning mounting that Honda outboard into a well where the aft hatch goes or on a side mounted bracket? I think the well mount is better as it would track better. I suppose the battery and fuel goes in the front to counterbalance the weight. Rudder pedals or wheel? Maybe a wheel so you can have a throttle pedal.

Let us know how your attempt on the world water speed record turns out.
