Weave Imprint

After returning from vacation (full week of fun and mostly sun), I noticed that I could slightly see the imprint texture of the fibreglass weave under the paint and varnish of my kayaks in some spots. This was definitely not there before we left.

I store the kayaks indoors but of course they are exposed to sunlight and heat while on the roof and on the water. I'm not too concerned about it but was just wondering what's behind this change and should I be doing something to prevent it. They have 5 coats of Captain's varnish and the hull of one has 3 coats of white Interlux.
