Can't see the bow, which would tell us for sure, but that's probably the old Cape Charles. That one was built in unfathomable numbers from books, magazines, and hundreds of kits. That's the Cape Charles cockpit, though some other interpretation of the hatches. The Cape Charles was superceded by the Chesapeake 18 in 1996.
