Mill Creek 15 Plans

I am looking for plans on the Mill Creek 15. I chose this model because I enjoy fly fishing in coastal areas. The large cockpit opening appeared to be just right for that purpose. The Mill Creek 13 seems to be designed for calm waters. The Mill Creek 16.5 seemed to big and heavy for my needs.

Would be interested in buying, renting or borrowing MC 15 plans or whatever the appropriate method is. I check with CLCboats first -- no luck.
