Camper,
The rags that I am using for the solvent wipe are new, 100% cotton painter's rags, straight from the box. With that said, the contamination could be from the yarn spinning or weaving steps.
One comment is that I used rags from the same box for the previous coats with no problem.
Earlier this morning I ordered lint free wipes from Jamestown and I will probably wait on them before proceeding further.
