Howdy,

I have capsized the Skerry several times on purpose for practice and once not on purpose in rough conditions. I have never failed to be able to right and bailout the Skerry in calm conditions (less than 5 kts wind). Sometimes it takes two or three tries before she stays up long enough to bail out. When capsized by accident, it was because of very poor judgement on my part and I was unable to right the boat after several exhausting tries in sub 40 degree water.

I do have two cylindrical inflatable flotation bags under the center thwart. One on each side of the DB trunk.
