Ken you made the big time

For those interested in matching faces to forum posters, the guy in the blue PFD and Wood Duck 12 on the Wood Duck page is Ken Leffert. Besides building boats and posting insightful comments, he also catches fish from his kayak (and has the pictures to prove it). I had the pleasure of meeting him in person at the Annapolis Demo night, and if I hadn't been dripping wet would have taken him up on his suggestion of a crabcake dinner in honor of Kurt Maurer.

While it's a lot of fun to try out all the boats, the real fun at these events is meeting all the people, especially when you've known them from the web for a while. It's definitely worth going if one ends up anywhere near you.
