What do you mean a rec. kayak? Are you talking ab out the 12 Duck discussed on the other thread of about the Sassafras 12? The Sassafras looks to be only 26 pounds and compared to the other options it really seems like the best one to pick. However - what does anyone have to say about the lapstitch process? I've not done that before - hard to figure out or easy process/
