Re: Ausable river boat

What type seats did your boat have? I remember seeing those boats as a kid on the Au Sable. Memory is fuzzy but some had wicker seats like the classic Old Town canoes, some had a seat with a back like a Maine Guide canoe. Some had a white pine plank. I'm curious, where'd you find the boat?
