Just keep going. The forms will definitely hold the hull panels in the proper shape. The plywood can be a bit stubborn but there aren't any curves drastic enough to cause any breakage. You can drill a couple of holes in the forms and panels and wire the panels to them to get them to flatten out on the forms. The third panels will definitely hold them in place. And there are certainly more wires on this boat compared to the others you've built!
