one bit of incorrect info

in the write up under the audio section.

Vessels with fixed mount VHF radios are NOT required to monitor Channel 16- since they are NOT required to have the radio turned on.

IF the radio is on, they are supposed to monitor Ch 16 however nothing says the radio must be on.
