Now THERE'S a thought! If CLC could venture into this realm, it may well open up additional opportunities for us weekend warriors, scout troups, summer camps, big brother/sister programs, etc.

Coincidently, I had already been looking at the bateau dot com design myself. I had found some 'not-so-thrilled' reviews and was questioning its suitability. After reading your comments, Lazlo, I'm now giving it another close look.

By the way, Lazlo, how well do you think this pirogue could be adapted to include some (limited) decking?
