Thanks Bill! Shawn: I guess I'd call Interlux and tell them you cannot get your hands on their thinner and see if they can recommend an alternative.

Each manufacturer seems to have their own "proprietary" thinner blend...if I remember correctly I thinned up to 10% by volume.

I looked at Pettit's, Interlux's and Z-Spar's web site and cannot find anything in the data or tech pages that say "if you don't have our high cost secret thinner, use..."
