Hiring someone to paint?

I have a CLC Skerry. She's nearly ready to row except for the finish, but I'm moving to California on July 2 and don't have time to do the work.

I'd like to hire someone to sand, paint, and varnish the hull. (I envision painting everything except the breasthooks and rails, with one color inside and another color outside.) I'm not looking for yacht-quality work, just a decent, competent job (which is all I could manage myself). The job would not include the sailing bits -- I'll finish those after I get to California.

The boat's currently in my garage in College Park, but the work can't be done here -- the closing on my house is 10 days from now.
