.....Marinated Kumamoto Oysters in Shiso-Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil, followed by Organic Scottish Salmon; Chanterelle and Black Trumpet in a Wild Mushroom Pot au Feu, served with a glass of Roman�e Conti. Dessert to be an Almond Tart Shell Filled with Rose Cream and Raspberries; Lychee Granit� and Pistachio Cr�me Anglaise, with a glass of Amaro Mondtenegro to finish......

My mouth was watering. Then John says he's really not serving that. And I was so close to attending! Maybe next year! I'll just be getting back from seeing ol' Kurt at the Texas Bash this year. Hope to see some of you guys there. (I already know a few of you are attending and am looking forward to meeting you.)

By the way, this weekend is the Florida Gulf Coast Small Craft Festival. If you're planning to attend check out their website at http://www.fgcscf.org/ as they've moved the site due to construction at the museum.
